REEDFAX Terms and Conditions

Invoicing and Payment:

REEDFAX Account Holders:
Account Holders will be invoiced twice monthly for products ordered in the preceding period.
Method of Payment:

Payment of bi-monthly invoices is due 30 days after invoice date. Payment can be made by check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or deposit account.

Online Credit Card Purchase - Coming Soon:
Online payment can be made with credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) for customers who do not have a REEDFAX user account.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

Patents and Trademarks from automated system:

Order cannot be cancelled as processing begins immediately after order approval.
Product is not invoiced or charged until shipped to the customer.
A refund or product replacement will be made for any documents not received by the customer. If the customer does not receive emailed documents they will be posted to the REEDFAX website for download.

Patent and Trademark File Histories (US and Foreign):

Cancellation charges will be made based on progress of order through the REEDFAX system.
Product is not invoiced or charged until shipped to the customer.
A refund or product replacement will be made if document delivered is
different from what customer ordered and was the fault of REEDFAX personnel.

Foreign Patents:

Cancellation charges will be made based on progress of order through the REEDFAX system.
Product is not invoiced or charged until shipped to the customer.
A refund or product replacement will be made for any documents not received by the customer. If the customer does not receive emailed documents they will be posted to the REEDFAX website for download.

Prior-Art Search:
