Patent Advisor Application Reports provide patent professionals with never before available insight into the inner workings of the U.S. Patent Office. Each report is application specific and eliminates frustrating guesswork by clearly exposing efficient paths through the patent acquisition process.
The information in each application-specific Patent Advisor Application Report reflects detailed analysis of the on-the-job performance of the assigned examiner. The analysis is based on a comprehensive and continually updated collection of the USPTO file histories of more than 6 million patent applications, providing the most up-to-date information for patent prosecution available.
Here’s how it works. You provide an application serial number that you want to have analyzed. A corresponding Patent Advisor Application Report will then be generated and electronically delivered to your email address, typically within 24 hours. The report provides information such as:
- a visual comparison of the status of the target application relative to what is most typical for the assigned examiner and art unit
- the allowance rate of the assigned examiner
- a detailed breakdown of the assigned examiner's past pre-appeal and appeal outcomes
- an indication of average number of responses and RCEs required for allowance
- and much, much more...
Each report is just $49 per application or $15 for an update to a previously ordered report.
